This Privacy Policy explains how Skroncle handles information when people use Skroncle services, public surfaces and supported social-platform integrations.
The public website at skroncle.com and the account-connected Skroncle application may have different technical capabilities. This Approval Surface itself does not provide account login, OAuth authorization, token storage or application analytics or tracking.
Skroncle does not intentionally add advertising trackers or application analytics to this public Approval Surface. Infrastructure used to deliver the website may process ordinary technical request information necessary to operate, secure and deliver the service.
Information Skroncle may process
The information Skroncle processes depends on the feature you use, the platform you choose to connect and the permissions you authorize.
Account and authorization information
- Platform account, profile or channel identifiers.
- Authorization status and granted permissions.
- Information required to associate an authorized platform connection with the relevant Skroncle user or workspace.
- Access or authorization credentials when a future account-connected runtime requires them.
Sensitive authorization credentials must be handled by secure runtime infrastructure and are not stored by this public Approval Surface.
Platform content and metadata
Where authorized and necessary, Skroncle may process:
- Account, channel or profile metadata.
- Content or media selected for publishing.
- Titles, descriptions, captions and related publishing metadata.
- Publication identifiers.
- Publication status and API error or status information.
Interaction and performance information
Where supported and authorized, Skroncle may process:
- Comments.
- Content performance information.
- Account or media insights.
- Analytics or reporting information returned by the connected platform.
Support information
If you contact Skroncle, we may process the information you include in your message and the contact details needed to respond.
How information is used
Skroncle may use authorized information to:
- Provide the feature requested by the user.
- Connect and maintain authorized platform integrations.
- Prepare or perform user-authorized publishing actions.
- Show publishing status and errors.
- Retrieve permitted comments, insights or performance information.
- Provide support.
- Maintain security and prevent misuse.
- Satisfy applicable platform-policy and legal obligations.
Skroncle will not treat the existence of technical API capability as permission to access an account or perform an action. Platform authorization and applicable access requirements must also be satisfied.
Platform authorization and user control
Connecting a platform account does not give Skroncle unrestricted control of that account. Access is limited by the permissions granted by the user, the access provided to the Skroncle application, the functionality supported by the platform and applicable platform rules.
Where a platform action publishes, updates or deletes content on a user’s behalf, the applicable Skroncle runtime must provide the authorization and user-control behavior required by that platform.
YouTube and Google
When a user connects or uses Skroncle features that interact with YouTube, Skroncle uses YouTube API Services.
Information obtained through YouTube API Services is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable Google and YouTube requirements.

Depending on the feature and authorization granted, Skroncle may access YouTube channel information, content or publishing information, and YouTube analytics or reporting information required for the user-requested functionality.
Skroncle does not request or store a user’s YouTube or Google account password.
Users may revoke Skroncle’s access to Google or YouTube data through Google’s account access/security controls in addition to using Skroncle’s own future account-disconnection controls where available.
When authorization is revoked, Skroncle must handle associated authorization credentials and stored YouTube API data in accordance with applicable YouTube API Services requirements, including applicable deletion and authorization-revalidation requirements.
TikTok
If a user connects a supported TikTok feature, Skroncle may process TikTok account or creator information, content selected for publishing, publishing metadata and publication status to the extent permitted by TikTok and authorized by the user.
TikTok capabilities depend on the products, scopes, application review or audit state and account authorization applicable to the Skroncle integration.
Skroncle does not represent testing or unaudited TikTok publishing capability as unrestricted public Direct Post approval.
Instagram and Meta
If a user connects a supported Instagram Professional account, Skroncle may process account or profile metadata and, where authorized, information required for content publishing, comment management and performance insights.
Availability depends on the permissions granted to the Skroncle application, the connected account, the user’s authorization and any access or review requirements imposed by Meta.
A permission being configured for testing does not mean Skroncle has received Advanced Access or completed App Review.
Information sharing
Skroncle may transmit information to the platform selected by the user when necessary to perform an authorized platform action. Skroncle may also use infrastructure or service providers where necessary to operate, secure or support the service, subject to appropriate handling requirements.
Skroncle may disclose information where required to comply with applicable law, enforce applicable rights, protect users or protect the security and integrity of the service.
Retention
Skroncle retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, subject to applicable platform requirements, security needs and legal obligations.
Connected-platform information may be subject to additional deletion, refresh, authorization-verification or retention limits imposed by the relevant platform.
Revoking a platform authorization can also create platform-specific obligations to revoke credentials or delete previously stored authorized data. Those obligations must be enforced by the account-connected Skroncle runtime when such functionality is active.
Deletion
You may request deletion of applicable information held by Skroncle by following the instructions on the Data Deletion page or by contacting hello@skroncle.com.
A request to delete information held by Skroncle does not automatically delete information or content held independently by YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta or another third-party platform. Platform-held information is also subject to the controls and policies provided by that platform.
Security
Skroncle is designed to separate public content from sensitive authorization infrastructure. Passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets, private keys and similar credentials must not be placed on this public Approval Surface.
Account-connected runtime components must use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards for authorization data and other sensitive information.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated as Skroncle’s functionality, platform integrations or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
